The Colony

The Colony will be a tiny home community for youth aging out of care. Each home is an individual studio apartment with personal bed, bath, basic kitchen, and a small living area. They will be set in a horseshoe shape facing inwards to a common courtyard to help engender community and will be just a few feet from The Hive that will provide a bigger kitchen and living space.
